The All-Time Yankees Team

Whether you love them, or hate them, there’s simply no denying the legacy and sheer greatness of the New York Yankees. Their 27 World Series Championships are the most among any team in any professional sport. They’ve won 40 American League Pennants, and have had 5 CY Young Award winners to go along with 12 different MVPs (20 total) and countless Hall of Famers. The Yankee pinstripes have been worn by legends and remain the symbol of professionalism and excellence. Assembling an all-time Yankees team is not an easy task considering the number of historic players to choose from, but I did my best and here’s what I came up with.
